About David Binney

Mr. Binney is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Michigan Law School. In addition to patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark matters, he has litigated antitrust, federal, and state securities, professional liability (architects, engineers, lawyers) and general business and commercial cases. Mr. Binney has litigation experience in state and federal courts around the country, as well as in numerous arbitrations. He has also acted as mediator in a number of complex cases, primarily intellectual property, and is on the approved list of mediators for the Western District of Washington.
